Floor Price
The lowest price at which any item in an NFT collection is currently listed for sale.
The floor price is the cheapest way into an NFT collection at a given moment, the lowest active listing across a marketplace. Traders use it as quick shorthand for what a project is worth and how it is trending.
It is a rough gauge, not a real valuation. One seller can prop up or crater the floor by listing or delisting, and a quoted floor means little if nobody is actually buying.
Floors move fast. In bad markets, NFT floors have fallen 80% or more from their peaks, and some once-hot collections now have almost no bids.
